The LED filament bulb uses LEDs as its filaments. Light is emitted from four LED filaments uniformly and evenly in all directions, instead of focusing it in a specific area in the way that many LED light bulbs do. It has a close resemblance with the traditional incandescent bulb. The LED filaments are placed inside the glass enclosure in four sides to make sure that light is spread in all directions. LED filament lights are perfect for homes, hotels, restaurants, bars and places where classic style and appearance is critical. They feature 360 light distribution with clear glass. This is contrary to other LED bulbs that provide light in only one direction.
